We need to hold our politicians and leaders accountable for what they say.
Knowing what they actually think helps us plan for their actions and know what to expect from them.
We also need to never forget what they have said.
"Just want to give a heads up to the women! You have rights! A right to cook and a right to clean. Today is Sunday and the NFL playoffs our on! I suggest you stop your b!tch!ng/protesting during this time. Because you also have a right to get slapped!"
"I understand that they feel like that is their body. I feel like it is a separate — what I call them is, is you're a "host." And you know when you enter into a relationship you're going to be that host and so, you know, if you pre-know that then take all precautions and don't get pregnant. So that's where I'm at. I'm like, hey, your body is your body and be responsible with it. But after you're irresponsible then don't claim, well, I can just go and do this with another body, when you’re the host and you invited that in."
"If businesses are forced to pay women the same as male earnings, that means they will have to reduce the pay for the men they employ, simple economics.
If that happens, then men will have an even more difficult time earning enough to support their families, which will mean more Mothers will be forced to leave the home (where they may prefer to be) to join the workforce to make up the difference.
And as even more women thus enter the workforce that creates more competition for jobs (even men's jobs) and puts further downward pressure on the pay for all jobs, meaning more and more Mothers will be forced into the workforce. And that is bad for families and thus for all of society."
"If babies had guns, they wouldn't be aborted."
"One of the things I will talk about that no president has talked about before is, I think, the dangers of contraception in this country, the whole sexual libertine idea. Many in the Christian faith have said, 'Well, that’s okay." Contraception’s okay.' It’s not okay, because it’s a license to do things in the sexual realm that is counter to how things are supposed to be." They’re supposed to be within marriage, they are supposed to be for purposes that are, yes, conjugal, but also in unity, but also procreative."
"If it's a legitimate rape, the female body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down."
"I don’t expect to be in the room or will I do anything to prevent you from obtaining a contraceptive. However, once a child does exist in your womb, I’m not going to assume a right to kill it just because the child’s host (some refer to them as mothers) doesn’t want it."
"I would hope that when a woman goes into a physician with a rape issue that that physician will indeed ask her about perhaps her marriage, was this pregnancy caused by normal relations in a marriage, or was it truly caused by a rape."
"Women don't get pregnant that often from rape!"
I listen to feminists and all these radical gals — most of them are failures. They've blown it. Some of them have been married, but they married some Casper Milquetoast who asked permission to go to the bathroom. These women just need a man in the house. That's all they need. Most of the feminists need a man to tell them what time of day it is and to lead them home. And they blew it and they're mad at all men. Feminists hate men. They're sexist. They hate men — that's their problem."
"Money is more important for men. Take a hypothetical husband and wife who are both lawyers. But the husband is working 50 or 60 hours a week, going all out, making 200 grand a year. The woman takes time off, raises kids, is not “go go go.” Now they’re 50 years old. The husband is making 200 grand a year, the woman is making 40 grand a year. It wasn’t discrimination. There was a different sense of urgency in each person."
" When officers arrest criminals today, they are read their rights. Now if we're giving criminals their basic rights and they have to be informed of those rights, it seems to me only common sense we would have to do the same thing for women before they make the choice about whether to get an abortion."
"Population Control? If only!"
"Higher quality humans are subsidizing the fertility of lower quality humans
Foundational reality of social and political life in the post war west"
"We are effectively run in this country via the Democrats, via our corporate oligarchs, by a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they've made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable too."
In a 2020 podcast interview, he said that being childless "makes people more sociopathic and ultimately our whole country a little bit less, less mentally stable"
He suggested that childless people should be taxed at a higher rate than those with children, adding that the U.S. should "reward the things that we think are good" and "punish the things that we think are bad"
Vance said that "Haitian illegal immigrants draining social services and generally causing chaos all over Springfield, Ohio. Reports now show that people have had their pets abducted and eaten by people who shouldn't be in this country".
Trump subsequently echoed the allegations, including during a presidential debate.
Springfield authorities said there were "no credible reports or specific claims" of such incidents and that "Haitian immigrants are here legally"
“You know, it really doesn’t matter what they write as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass."
“I don’t think Ivanka would do that [pose for Playboy], although she does have a very nice figure. I’ve said if Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her."
“Do you believe in punishment for abortion – yes or no – as a principle?”
“The answer is there has to be some form of punishment.”
“For the woman?”
“Yeah, there has to be some form.”
"If Hillary Clinton can't satisfy her husband what makes her think she can satisfy America?"
"Certain guys tell me they want women of substance, not beautiful models. It just means they can't get beautiful models."
"You've got to deny, deny, deny and push back on these women. If you admit to anything and any culpability, then you're dead. … You've got to be strong. You've got to be aggressive. You've got to push back hard. You've got to deny anything that's said about you. Never admit."
"Do you want to lose your life savings because we put a weak and foolish woman in the White House?"
"I saved your suburbs — women, suburban women, you're supposed to love Trump!"
